We are excited to be hosting The Potter’s Mark at Beulah Beach for the second year! Overlooking the beautiful shores of Lake Erie, Beulah Beach offers guests a relaxed and comfortable place to retreat and be revived in body and spirit. It is a space that is well-equipped for both retreats and camps, including a beach area, zip line, coffee bar, cafeteria, pickleball courts, and much more. More details on lodging and meals can be found below.
-
A room in The Lodge is communual, dormitory-style. Most rooms sleep 4. You may be assigned roommates if you do not request roommates or arrange for a private room.
Beulah Beach is a campground-like setting, so bear that in mind when planning for various amenities. Bathrooms are communal but you will have everything you need! Restrooms and showers are centrally located on each hall. The Lodge has carpeted rooms, air conditioning & heat, as well as electricity. There are no fridges or microwaves in the Lodge, though you will have access to a microwave in the cafeteria for communal meals.
All rooms require attendees to bring their own sheets, blankets, and pillow (or sleeping bag & pillow) as well as a bath towel. A detailed packing list will be sent to you upon registration. View more information on The Lodge here. -
A room in The Cottages includes a more private bedroom area with a shared living space. Cottages sleep 2-8 people, depending on which cottage you are assigned. Some of the rooms have shared sleeping arrangements and some have private rooms. You may be assigned roommates if you do not request roommates or arrange for a private room. To make the best use of the cottages, we plan to fill them to capacity rather than offering them for individual or small-group private stays. If you stay in a cottage, depending on availability, you may be with multiple groups.
Beulah Beach is a campground-like setting, so bear that in mind when planning for various amenities. The Cottages have shared bathrooms and a shared kitchen. The cottages are more geared towards groups of women who come together, but we may be able to make arrangements for individual attendees who would like to stay in a cottage.

Lies Women Believe About Sexuality and The Truth That Can Set You Free
DR. JULI SLATTERY
-
In a world filled with confusing messages—from cultural pressure that idolizes sex to Christian messaging that has sometimes reduced sexuality to rules—many women are left unsure what to believe about their bodies, desires, and worth. This breakout session invites women to identify the lies they’ve absorbed about sexuality and replace them with the life-giving truth of God’s design. Together, we’ll explore how Scripture reframes sexuality not as a source of shame or performance, but as an invitation to intimacy with God that brings wholeness and freedom.
Learning to Love Prayer
HANNAH NITZ
-
Does time with God and prayer feel more like a difficult discipline than something you truly enjoy? This breakout session will be a spiritual pep-talk, giving us a new framework to see the beauty and holy invitation of talking to God! We will examine why we pray, how we pray, and practical steps to bringing delight into your prayer life with God!
Discipleship
EMMA REX
-
We are created to be disciples and make disciples- and if we are honest, we are all disciples of something. This session will discuss how Jesus made disciples, why it mattered, and what it looks like for us to model our own lives after His! Join us for a look into Jesus' life, conversation on discipleship, and some passionate, beautiful examples of discipleship played out in the modern context.
How to Study the Bible
SAMANTHA STONE
-
The Bible can feel overwhelming to study, but it doesn’t have to be. This breakout session will introduce simple, practical tools for studying God’s Word, helping you learn how to observe, understand, and apply Scripture in your daily life. We’ll also talk about why memorizing Scripture matters and share practical strategies to help you begin hiding God’s Word in your heart.
An Invitation
SARAH STONESTREET
-
God doesn’t just see us and place us on the sidelines. We are swept into his abundant life and invited to participate with him in what he is doing. The God who sees us gives us identity and purpose.
Dominion Over Darkness (A Biblical Framework for Spiritual Warfare)
ALYSSA POOL & MIKAYLA WILLIAMS
-
Dominion over Darkness is a breakout session focused on spiritual warfare. We often forget that the Bible tells us we fight, specifically, against “the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places” (Ephesians 6:12). Through sharing testimonies and exploring passages in Ephesians and Philippians, this session will outline the nature of spiritual warfare that is promised to come our way as followers of Christ, and how we are empowered by the Holy Spirit to have dominion over this darkness. Then, with this biblical framework, we will dive into what it practically looks like to guard ourselves and fight against the spiritual forces of evil.
Living for Christ in College
ASHLEY VELDHEER
-
When students go off to college they often think that it is finally their moment of "freedom" to do whatever they want, whenever they want. But what if there is a better way to view college life? What if there is so much more to those years than, merely, the “freedom” society promises? What if college, in contrast, provides a unique opportunity to live for the glory of Christ and to magnify His name? From pondering why God has placed me at this university to highlighting different ways we can be intentional to make the most of our college years - this breakout looks into living for Christ in college, and being intentional in your relationship with Him.
Faithfulness in the Hours Women Have
STEPHANIE MCCOY & JESSICA BURGER
-
This breakout session will focus on the biblical truth that the value of time is not determined by marital status, ministry role, or whether work is paid or unpaid. Drawing from Scripture, we’ll challenge common misconceptions about calling, availability, and productivity—especially regarding women in ministry—and reframe faithfulness as wise stewardship of the time God entrusts to each of us. Ultimately, the aim is to affirm that God honors obedience in every season and that no time offered to Him is wasted or less valuable.
